Please contact an STI Fleet Services representative at (888) 802-7133 to confirm drop off procedure prior to departure. From New York City/New Jersey:
Triboro Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East, Grand Central Parkway East to 94th street exit. Turn right on 94th street then right on 23rd avenue. Proceed two blocks; Avistar entrance is on the right behind Courtyard Marriott.
From Long Island:
Northern State Parkway into Grand Central Parkway West. Proceed to LaGuardia Airport/94th street exit. Turn left on 94th street. Take a right at the second traffic light (23rd avenue). Proceed three blocks; Avistar entrance is on the right behind Courtyard Marriott.
From Connecticut:
Whitestone Bridge to Van Wyck Expressway. Van Wyck Express way to Grand Central Parkway West. Proceed to LaGuardia Airport/94th street exit. Turn left on 94th street. Take a right at the second traffic light (23rd avenue). Proceed three blocks; Avistar entrance is on the right behind Courtyard Marriott.
Leave vehicle at the valet for STI Fleet Services Take shuttle bus to the departure area. |

From baggage claim, call the customer pick-up number listed above. Give your name and location and they will tell you the nearest pick-up location. Catch the blue and white Avistar shuttle. Please identify yourself and the vehicle you're picking up from STI Fleet Services. The valet employees will bring your vehicle up front for you. |
